Mass Accepting Service Calls During Onboarding
During the onboarding process, especially if you are using the SeaLevel/Pax8 Academy “pending acceptance” concept for Service Calls, you may need to mass accept the imported Service Calls we find during the onboarding process. That’s because some sites may have a few dozen existing Service Calls that are open and were created prior to Rocketship being setup.
To do this, you can use the Mass Accept tool. Note, this process can’t be undone.
- Log into the Admin Portal
- Click on Account->Autotask
- Click on Accept All Pending Service Calls
- Click Okay
Within a few seconds, all open Service Calls that are in the Pending Zone for all Autotask Resources will be set to accepted and placed into the Fixed Appointments or Next Activities zone.
