How do I schedule Autotask Tasks?
Rocketship does support Autotask Tasks. Currently, this support is restricted to the Next Activity Scheduler, although we have plans on more capabilities.
Unlike Autotask Tickets, Autotask Tasks do not currently support custom task insights. (We recommend you add your Feature Request to Autotask’s Idea board if you want them to release that feature.)
Because it isn’t currently possible to add custom task insights, you need to manually select the Task inside of Rocketship to access Rocketship’s Task capabilities.
- Log in to your Rocketship Workboard.
- Expand the side menu.
- Enter the Task# (e.g., T99999999.9999) in the Task# Search Field.
